Human review
New fundraisers are reviewed before going live. Fundraisers that raise questions are placed under review rather than removed without explanation.
Secure payments
Card payments are processed by certified payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Beneficiary verification
Funds are released only after the recipient completes identity and payout verification.
Report a concern
Every fundraiser page has a “Report this fundraiser” link. Reports go straight to our Trust & Safety team.
Refunds
If a fundraiser is found to be misleading, eligible donors may be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
