Donations are collected securely by our payment partners. After your fundraiser is approved, you can request a payout from your dashboard. Our finance team confirms the verified recipient’s bank details through a secure channel — never by public message.

Identity verification

To protect donors, the person receiving funds must verify their identity before the first payout. Our team will contact you after review with secure instructions. We only ask for what’s required by law and our payment partners.
