Yes. Check “Don’t show my name publicly”. The organizer and our team can still see your name for receipts and safety.

Yes, when card payments are available. Choose “Monthly” at the top of the donation form. Contact support any time to pause or cancel.

Choose Bank transfer / Zelle and you’ll see our account details and a unique reference number. Include the reference in your transfer memo. Your gift appears on the fundraiser once the money arrives.

Donations to individuals are generally not tax-deductible. Gifts to registered nonprofits may be — check with the nonprofit and your tax advisor.

Anyone 18 or older in the United States can start a fundraiser for themselves, someone else, or an organization.

We review new fundraisers by hand, usually within 1 business day. We’ll email you when it goes live.

Yes. Contact support to change the title, goal or story, and post updates any time from your dashboard.

From your dashboard, request a payout. Our finance team verifies the beneficiary and sends funds to them securely.

The beneficiary confirms their identity and how they want to receive funds. Organizers never need the beneficiary’s bank details.

Every fundraiser is reviewed before going live, and anyone can report a fundraiser. Suspicious fundraisers are paused while our team reviews them.

Use “Report fundraiser” at the bottom of any fundraiser page. Reports are confidential.

Affected donors may be eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy.
