Starting a fundraiser is free. Here is exactly what gets deducted from donations — nothing hidden.

There’s no fee to create a fundraiser or keep it running.
Platform fee: 0%
We don’t take a percentage of your funds. Donors can choose to add an optional contribution.
Payment processing
Card processors charge a standard fee per donation (about 2.9% + $0.30). This goes to the payment provider, not to us.

Optional donor contribution
At checkout, donors may choose to add a contribution to support FundraisingOnline. It’s always optional, clearly separated from the donation, and never taken from the fundraiser.
Getting your money
Request a payout from your dashboard once the beneficiary is verified. Payouts go only to the verified recipient.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only deductions are the platform fee shown above (if any) and the payment provider’s processing fee.
Who pays the processing fee?
It’s deducted from each donation before payout, the same way most online payment services work.
